This End User License Agreement (“EULA” or “License Agreement”) governs your right to install and use Translazor, including its software packages, components, libraries, documentation, updates, and related materials (the “Software”).

By installing, copying, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this License Agreement. If you do not agree to this License Agreement, you must not install, access, or use the Software.

1. Relationship with Terms of Service

This License Agreement governs your right to install and use the Translazor Software.

Your subscription plan, pricing, billing terms, refund rules, account access, website use, taxes, and checkout-specific limits are governed by the Translazor Terms of Service, the Pricing page, and the checkout details shown at the time of purchase.

If there is any inconsistency between this License Agreement and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will govern billing, payments, refunds, subscriptions, account access, taxes, and website use. This License Agreement will govern software usage rights, license-key usage, redistribution restrictions, and restrictions on copying, modifying, sublicensing, or reselling the Software.

2. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this License Agreement and the limits of your purchased plan, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Software within your own applications.

No ownership rights are transferred to you. The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted in this License Agreement remain reserved by the author.

3. Permitted Use

Depending on your purchased subscription plan and license limits, you may:

  • Integrate the Software into your personal or commercial Blazor applications.
  • Use the Software for internal business systems or client-facing applications.
  • Deploy the Software within the domain, language, environment, or usage limits of your purchased plan.
  • Use the Software together with supported third-party services such as Azure Translator, MemoryCache, or Redis.

Plan-specific limits, including supported languages, production domains, caching options, admin features, SEO features, and support level, are described on the Pricing page or checkout page at the time of purchase.

4. License Key and Activation

Some plans may require a valid license key to activate or continue using the Software. You are responsible for keeping your license key secure.

You may not share, publish, sell, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise make your license key available to any third party, except where expressly allowed by your purchased plan.

Translazor may validate license status, plan limits, domain restrictions, or subscription status to help prevent unauthorized use.

5. Restrictions

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Selling, reselling, renting, leasing, sublicensing, or commercially redistributing the Software.
  • Redistributing the Software in source or binary form as part of a library, SDK, framework, template, component package, or development tool.
  • Removing, hiding, or modifying copyright notices, license checks, activation logic, or usage restrictions.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to bypass security, licensing, or activation mechanisms, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
  • Publishing, sharing, or distributing internal components, compiled binaries, demo versions, or private builds of the Software without written permission.
  • Using the Software to create a competing translation component, localization framework, runtime translation library, or substantially similar product.

Unauthorized sharing, publication, or commercial redistribution of the Software or license keys is grounds for immediate license termination.

6. Intellectual Property

The Software, including its code, architecture, logic, algorithms, components, documentation, branding, and design, remains the intellectual property of the author.

You receive only the limited right to use the Software under this License Agreement. You do not receive ownership of the Software or any intellectual property rights in it.

7. Third-Party Services

Translazor may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to translation providers, cloud services, caching providers, hosting services, or payment processors.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, third-party services such as Azure Translator, Redis hosting, cloud hosting, or payment processing fees are not included in your Translazor subscription and may be subject to separate terms, pricing, and usage limits from their respective providers.

You are responsible for configuring, securing, and paying for any third-party services used with the Software.

8. Updates and Support

Depending on your purchased plan, you may receive updates, patches, bug fixes, improvements, or new features. Support availability and response priority may vary by plan.

The author may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, especially where changes are required for security, compatibility, licensing, provider changes, or product improvement.

9. Termination

This License Agreement remains effective until terminated.

Your license may be suspended or terminated if:

  • You violate this License Agreement.
  • You fail to pay required subscription fees.
  • Your subscription is canceled, expired, refunded, charged back, or otherwise no longer active.
  • You share, publish, resell, or misuse the Software or license key.
  • You attempt to bypass license validation, activation, domain limits, or other plan restrictions.

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Software and delete all copies in your possession or control, except where retention is required by law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the author disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, compatibility, or error-free operation.

You are responsible for testing the Software before using it in production and for maintaining backups, monitoring, security controls, and fallback procedures appropriate for your application.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption
  • Service downtime
  • Translation errors or inaccurate translated content
  • Costs arising from third-party services

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of the author for any claim related to the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software during the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. Governing Law

This License Agreement is governed by the laws of Lithuania and applicable European Union law, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
