Translazor License Agreement (EULA)

Version 1.0 – Proprietary Software

This software is proprietary and licensed for personal or commercial use under the terms of the Translazor End User License Agreement (“EULA”). By installing, copying, or using Translazor (the “Software”), you agree to be bound by all the terms below.

1. Grant of License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Software solely within your own applications, subject to the license tier you have purchased. No ownership rights are transferred. All rights not expressly granted remain the property of the author.

2. Permitted Use

Depending on your purchased license tier, you may:

Integrate the Software into your personal or commercial projects.
Deploy the Software on the number of servers permitted by your license.
Use the Software for internal or client-facing systems.

You may not redistribute the Software in source or binary form as part of a library, SDK, template, or development tool.

3. Restrictions

You are strictly prohibited from:

Selling, reselling, renting, leasing, or sublicensing the Software.
Removing or modifying copyright notices or license checks.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to bypass security or licensing mechanisms.
Publicly distributing demo versions, compiled binaries, or internal components of the Software.

Unauthorized sharing or publication of the Software is grounds for immediate license termination.

4. Intellectual Property

All code, logic, algorithms, translations, and design of the Software are and shall remain the intellectual property of the author. No part of the Software may be used to create competing products or derivative libraries.

5. Updates & Support

Depending on your license tier, you may receive updates, patches, and new features. Support is provided on a best-effort basis and may vary by tier.

The author reserves the right to modify or discontinue features without prior notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You assume all responsibility and risk arising from use of the Software.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the author be liable for:

Loss of profits
Loss of data
Business interruption
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

8. Termination

Your license is automatically terminated if you violate any term in this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies in your possession.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the European Union and Lithuania, unless overridden by mandatory local regulations.

Final Notice
